Hello and Namaste my dears!!
The year has passed sooo quickly, and for many of us, it was/is a challenging year. The best remedy to meet challenges is gratitude. And by that, I don’t just mean writing gratitude lists for things we find pleasant, but rather being grateful precisely for the very difficult things. ;-)
So for example: “Thank you for communicating with me in such a volatile and dismissive way. Thank you for this high bill that I received and cannot pay. Thank you Person X, for not fulfilling my needs. Thank you Boss, for not paying me for overtime. Thank you Person Y, for making my life so difficult. Thank you illness. Thank you… Thank you….” You don’t necessarily need to speak these things out loud; it is much more about your inner attitude.
Why should one do that, you might ask. Well, why not actually??
What life brings you is just the way it is. Why not be grateful for it? When we are grateful, we come into harmony with life, exactly as it unfolds. We find inner peace right in the middle of the “storm”. It has some kind of purpose that it is this way, even if we don’t recognize it at the moment. As a rule, it is an impulse for us, a nudge to grow and expand our capacities. To increase our capacity for: tolerance, patience, trust, love & self-love, surrender, compassion, understanding, and strength. This also means being a freer, more loving vessel for the divine power. However, when we are in a struggle against life as it is, that means suffering. Do you want to suffer or be free?
Simply decide to shift your focus and cultivate gratitude from now on. If you really do this long-term and earnestly, you will see how everything comes into peace: outwardly and inwardly! Actually, it’s quite simple ;-)
