The past few weeks have prepared us in the best possible way for the step that is now at hand. We have walked through our fears and traumas, connecting with the Higher Self and the field of love. We all know that we create our own lives. We know that everything on the outside is a reflection of what is INSIDE us. All blockades are rooted in self-sabotage!! There is NO ONE out there who wants to hold us back, who begrudges us our success, who is pursuing us, wishing us ill, putting us down, bullying us, etc.!! NO ONE!! We are the ones who sabotage our own success, our health, our abundance!! Now please do not fall double and triple into the pattern of self-sabotage by also judging yourself, scolding yourself, or being angry with yourself because you are sabotaging yourself – that achieves NOTHING!!
The good news is: if we ourselves are the trigger of this “mess,” then we can also end it ourselves, and that is precisely what this month is all about. We are called to make a decision:
Do you truly want to live?
Do you truly want to be happy and healthy?
Do you truly want to be successful and fulfilled?
What do you want to experience, achieve, feel?
Do you truly want to enjoy your life, do you want to be joyful, tolerant, grateful, peaceful, content, etc.?
Please do not just quickly skim over these questions, but take your time, read slowly, and listen deeply within yourself… what is the answer from your inner core?
Do you choose:
Life?
Love?
The beautiful and the good?
Wealth, peace, happiness?
Partnership, family, devotion, and wisdom?
Or would you prefer to continue living:
As a victim
In pain
In unhappiness
In discord, in grief, in hatred and anger?
At the mercy of respective circumstances and people?
Dependent, complaining, and blaming others?
In the coming weeks, you will not be able to avoid making a decision!! The new energy is demanding this of you now, because all the effects of your own thoughts and beliefs are becoming visible and palpable even faster than before!
It all depends on YOU now!! What do you choose???
Ending self-sabotage is simply a CHOICE!! And NO ONE can make this decision for us. We all reach the point where we realize: I am my own only enemy, I am fighting against myself, and NOW I am simply stopping it!! I am sorry, but there is no other solution for this!! No person, no being, no energy outside of you can bring you this healing; YOU ALONE make this choice for or against self-sabotage. No pill, no technique, no remedy, no savior will be able to deliver you from it as long as you hold on and keep going. The secret is: STOP it!! Quit it!! Say “Stop!” loudly to yourself inside, and perhaps visualize a stop sign before your inner eye. Step out, figuratively speaking, and step into your new life, which is governed by love, abundance, gratitude, and peace!!
Then say to yourself: “Instead, I consciously choose peace, I choose love, I choose gratitude, etc.” So the solution is quite simple… J J Yes, we ourselves choose where we direct our attention. We ourselves choose what we want to see, experience, and feel!!
