Namaste my dears!!

Fears are currently being immensely fueled in collective events. Many people feel powerless, helpless, and at the mercy of these events. But instead of feeling powerless, we can do something. All crises and critical times can be used to develop strength, strengthen trust, and keep our focus on peace and love. That is precisely our task, instead of emotionally and mentally following the collective “fear-orgie”!

How can you develop strength?

Strength is an inherent quality of our being, meaning it doesn’t need to be developed at all, but rather uncovered. Our innermost essence IS strong, IS divine strength. We have simply forgotten this because we have become entangled in emotions and belief patterns that obscure our true being. Again and again in your daily life and meditation, focus on your belly in the area of the navel, where your center is in the physical body. Then say inwardly or aloud: “I am strength”. You can also add, if it feels right: “No matter what happens”.

How can you strengthen trust?

Just like strength, trust is an inherent quality of your being. But it, too, can be buried or obscured. Go within and consider who or what you could trust the most: life, God/Goddess, the primal force, your soul, your Self, or whatever term gives you the most security. Then focus on your solar plexus, which is located roughly at stomach height, and speak aloud or inwardly: “I trust ‘XY'” or “I am trust”. You can also visualize yellow-gold energy in and around you while doing this.

How can you keep your focus on peace and love?

Peace and love form the foundational ground of all being; they are ALWAYS there. If we don’t feel this, it is not because peace and love are absent, but because our attention/focus is not directed toward them. Peace and love are most easily found in our heart. Focus on the center of your chest, where your heart chakra is located, and speak aloud or inwardly: “I am peace and love”. In your daily life, tell yourself repeatedly: “Peace and love are also present (hidden) in this situation XY”, even if you cannot see them at this moment.

These light exercises are useless if they are not implemented and applied! However, if you incorporate them into your daily life, you will feel stronger, more centered, and more at peace, enabling you to make a more powerful contribution to the world. Use your time this way instead of sitting in front of the TV/computer/Facebook following terrifying news that fuels fear!

Once you are inwardly strengthened and at peace, you can focus on world events/your country/your surroundings and ask or affirm that Divine Order and divine justice are at work. Now. For example, with the words: “Divine order and divine justice are now at work in Bavaria/Germany/area XY/situation ABC/at my home, etc.” You will notice that you yourself attune to the field of divine order and divine justice in the process. (Should you, for whatever reason, have problems with the term “divine”, simply replace it with one that feels more resonant to you, such as primordial, inherent, or natural, etc. The important thing is that speaking the words gives you strength/lifts your vibration.)
